Building a meaningful life, brick by brick.
An increased awareness of the importance of our mental health can make a major difference in our long-term growth and development. Our psychosocial coaching provides holistic support for a wide range of our customers’ needs.
Working with a Psychosocial Recovery Coach
Our qualified Psychosocial Recovery Coaches empower NDIS participants who are living with a psychosocial disability in a number of ways. They work alongside our customers with the goal of increasing social and economic independence, achieved through appropriate psychosocial support. We’re focused on empowering our customers to make informed decisions in maximising the services available to them.
Our Psychosocial Recovery Coaches work alongside individuals to find ways for them to take more control of their lives and approach the complexity of daily life. By clearly identifying individual goals and challenges, our team works with you, your family, and your wider support networks to build a robust recovery plan that’s adapted to your strengths and needs. This work is driven by your goals, with our recovery coaches presenting options in your plan that are all about growing resilience, building capacity, and increasing individual decision-making abilities.
Here, you’ll see our organisation’s ethos at work: we’re created by people with disabilities, for people with disabilities. Our person-centred and highly ethical approach to psychosocial recovery coaching is all about empowering you to reach your goals and build a life by design. After all, you’re the expert when it comes to your own life.
