With several years of experience in the NDIS under her belt, Hayley is a passionate mental health advocate committed to developing healthy relationships between individuals and their support network.

In 2015, Hayley graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Psychological Science. She also holds a Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention.

Hayley’s career reflects her dedication to helping others. She has worked as a Psychosocial Recovery Coach since the NDIS introduced the service in 2020. Before that, she was a Child and Youth Case Worker for the Department of Child Protection and an NDIS Support Coordinator. Her breadth of experience means that she understands how to successfully navigate the NDIS, a skill that comes in handy for her customers!

When working with customers, Hayley uses a highly person-centred approach to understand their strengths and develop goals and strategies for their journey ahead. Throughout her career, Hayley has formed strong ties in the disability and community sectors, allowing her to present her customers with a range of reputable and suitable providers to choose from.

Outside of work, Hayley enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, and teaching tap dancing classes throughout the week.
