Our Learning and Development Officer has extensive experience designing and delivering quality training for employees of Enhanced Lifestyles and other disability organisations within the disability sector.
We have two state-of-the-art training rooms, which can also be opened to form one large space. We also have our very own clinical training room that includes a hospital-regulation-sized bed and an adult-sized medical training aid.
Enhanced Lifestyles conducts support worker training and induction for new staff entering the disability sector. Our training provides Lifestyle Attendants (support workers) with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to provide high-quality care and assistance.
