Sally Scragg brings with her an excellent skillset in team management as well as her infectious energy. With 7 years of experience in leading call centre teams across multiple industries, she has also had over 16 years of experience within the finance, banking and collections industries. Sally has a passion for coaching and developing her team members to exceed their goals.

Before joining the Enhanced Lifestyles Team, Sally worked as Business Administration Manager at Anglicare SA. This involved the management and coordination of the rostering team over both the south and west regions to ensure service delivery excellence for Anglicare customers. Sally was also responsible for overseeing, refining and implementing procedures to drive and maintain process improvements.

Most recently, Sally worked at My Plan Manager as the Customer and Provider Advocacy Officer. Her role involved investigating and responding to customer and provider feedback, focusing on improving customer satisfaction. She also processed NDIS Plan documentation and followed up on provider enquiries and customer requests.

Sally is a phenomenal leader, winning Team Leader of the Year, 2 years in a row at News Corp, one of the highlights of her career. In 2019, she also completed the Evergreen Leadership programme.

For fun, Sally loves spending time with her beautiful family – particularly watching her 2 teenage boys playing football. Going on weekends away in different parts of South Australia are on her list of favourite things to do.
