Customer Relations Officer

Heidi Drage

Four successful years as an exemplary Lifestyle Attendant prepared Heidi to become a Customer Relations Officer (CRO).

In her time as a Lifestyle Attendant, Heidi saw firsthand the difference that a good CRO can make in a customer’s support network. So, when a CRO role became available internally, she jumped at the opportunity.

Heidi holds a Certificate III in Individual Support and a Diploma of Community Services. These studies equipped her with a strong theoretical understanding of person-centred support and case management. Needless to say, she has an abundance of knowledge to draw on in her work as a CRO.

Advancing her career in the same organisation has had many benefits for Heidi – she loves that she can continue providing customers with assistance while developing new skills and growing her practical understanding of different support needs.

Heidi has received plenty of glowing feedback from happy customers, counting this among her proudest professional achievements. She’s always been one to go above and beyond for others, so she takes a lot of pride in the impact she has made in her customers’ lives.

Outside of work, Heidi loves travelling – she’s proud of how many trips she’s been able to take so far – and camping by the beach with her partner and friends.
