Four years ago, Leah Stout found her calling in the disability sector. Having worked in administration across a variety of industries, Leah knew it was time to make a meaningful career change.
Led by her empathy and passion for helping others, Leah embraced her new career in disability.
She brings a wealth of experience to Enhanced Lifestyles from her previous roles as a Customer Relationship Officer, Compliance Officer, and NDIS Support Coordinator.
As a member of the Enhanced Lifestyles Support Coordination team, Leah is focused on building strong relationships with customers and their families.
‘Being a Support Coordinator is such a fulfilling and rewarding career. I love making a difference by helping people to get the supports and services they need to live their best lives,’ Leah says.
Leah always takes the time to understand and advocate for her customer’s unique needs. This helps her get the best possible results for customers, empowering them to have choice and control over their lives.
And when she’s not working, Leah enjoys spending time with her friends and family. You’ll also find her exercising, playing sports, going out for a delicious meal, or watching a good movie.
