Jane has worked for some of the biggest names in the disability and community sectors, such as Cara, Uniting SA, SYC, Canteen Australia, and CanDo4Kids. Her career to date has equipped her with the skills to deliver high quality services and successfully manage businesses through change and growth. Jane is also an accomplished leader with an aptitude for leading large teams with many complex moving parts.

As Executive Manager Operations at Enhanced Lifestyles, Jane is responsible for the strategic leadership of our services. She oversees and seeks opportunities to continuously improve our SIL and in-home/community services and leads our clinical education operations. As a part of our Executive Leadership Team, Jane also plays an important role in preparing Enhanced Lifestyles to explore new service offerings and grow the business.

Before Jane joined Enhanced Lifestyles, she was in an acting role as the Executive Manager Quality and Safeguarding at Cara. Serving a critical function within the business, Jane’s leadership fostered strong outcomes and improvements in Cara’s quality, safeguarding, compliance and risk management functions. Earlier roles at Cara and other organisations saw her develop and grow services, systems, processes, and compliance adherence to streamline operations and improve service delivery outcomes for customers and the organisation.

Jane holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Disability Studies) and a Masters Degree in Disability Studies from Flinders University. Her interest in academia also led to a brief stint working as a tutor and lecturer at Tafe, a research assistant and later as an academic researcher at Uni. Jane’s other qualifications include a Diploma of Business Management from Business SA, the Integral Leadership Program through the Leaders Institute of South Australia, and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention Training and Person-Centred Practice Training.
