You may be familiar with the term ‘disability support worker’ as common industry terminology. At Enhanced Lifestyles, we use the term Lifestyle Attendant to refer to our disability support worker and personal care providers. This reflects the way our customers remain in control across their lifestyle choices.

If you have…

• A Certificate III in Individual Support (or Disability, Aged Care, Community, or similar); OR
• 5 years of relevant experience

And all of the following…

• First Aid Certificate;
• CPR Certificate;
• Manual Handling Training;
• Current NDIS Worker Screening;
• Current Working with Children Check; and
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module (not essential to have before applying, but it will help you start working faster!)

1. Apply for a role at Enhanced Lifestyles.
2. We’ll contact you within 5 working days. This is when we tell you if we want to interview you.
3. Attend your interview. Interviews are usually scheduled within one working week. We might ask you to bring any certificates (listed above) that you did not include in your application.
4. We check your references and the status of your right to work in Australia.
5. You may be notified of our decision as quickly as within one working day.
