This reflects the way our customers remain in control across their lifestyle choices.

How can I become a Lifestyle Attendant?

If you have…

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (or Disability, Aged Care, Community, or similar); OR
  • 5 years of relevant experience

And all of the following…

… then we have some good news: you’re ready to step into the Lifestyle Attendant role!

What to expect during the Lifestyle Attendant application process

  1. Apply for a role at Enhanced Lifestyles.
  2. We’ll contact you within 5 working days. This is when we tell you if we want to interview you.
  3. Attend your interview. Interviews are usually scheduled within one working week. We might ask you to bring any certificates (listed above) that you did not include in your application.
  4. We check your references and the status of your right to work in Australia.
  5. You may be notified of our decision as quickly as within one working day.

That’s it! We aim to get you onboarded and working as quickly as possible. If you provide all of your documentation with your application, we can ensure the process is simple and efficient.
