How to give feedback
There are several ways you can give us your feedback. You can:

Support and Advocacy
You are welcome to bring an informal support person, such as a Support Coordinator, family member, friend or carer to any meeting with Enhanced Lifestyles.
For independent advice or advocacy, you can reach out to the Disability Advocacy and Complaints Service of South Australia Inc (DACSSA). This free, independent organisation supports people with disabilities across South Australia. Learn more at www.dacssa.org.au or call (08) 7122 6030.
NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission
If your concerns are related to NDIS-funded services and remain unresolved, you can contact the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission. This independent authority handles complaints about NDIS services and supports.
