Stephanie was a hairdresser for ten years when she realised that something was missing from her professional life. She took a leap of faith and changed careers, joining an aged care organisation as a Personal Care Assistant. The career move made sense: she was always interested in this type of work, having watched many family members enjoy fulfilling roles in the disability or aging sectors.

Since her career change, Stephanie has held several roles – she has been a Community Support Worker, a Disability Support Worker, and a Support Leader at a Day Options program. These varied experiences have given her a lot of knowledge about disability and the NDIS.

Now, as a Support Coordinator, Stephanie loves empowering her customers to have choice and control in their lives. She values being a part of the Enhanced Lifestyles Support Coordination team because of our client-focused approach.

Stephanie is thrilled to have found her calling. From here, her goal is to improve the supports available for people in the disability and ageing communities by upholding the principles of choice and control. She is very invested in making a change for the better and ensuring that all services provided to participants meet quality standards.

In addition to her hairdressing qualifications, Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Community Health and a Diploma in Health from the University of South Australia. She also holds a Certificate 3 in Individual Supports.

When she’s not working, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her greyhound Zeppi and cooking. She and her partner have family in Italy, so they’re always eager to get over there to see them!
