Rebecca brings a breadth of operational know-how to Enhanced Lifestyles. With almost two decades of experience in the not-for-profit sector, Rebecca has worked in and managed finance, administration, payroll, and human resource teams. Her career has equipped her with strong people management and program management skills, and an understanding of what it means to be an effective leader.
Numbers are Rebecca’s thing and leading people is her passion, but she also needs purpose in her professional life. When Rebecca first joined the not-for-profit sector in 2007, she immediately felt at-home – she appreciated being around people who came to work driven by the mission of their organisations. Needless to say, she hasn’t looked back!
Having a strong sense of community within her team brings out the best in Rebecca, and she does her part to maintain this by being a supportive and communicative colleague to all. Acknowledging the challenges that often come with working in this sector, she’s always injecting fun into peoples’ days (she’s the office meme queen) and bringing a smile to their faces.
Rebecca’s knack for spreading joy also applies in her personal life, where she strives to be the best partner, Mum, Fur-Mum, Nana, friend, and human she can be. She’s also just signed up (no pun intended) to learn sign language (Auslan), and she’s completely hooked on true crime podcasts.
