Molly is passionate about helping her customers navigate the NDIS and realise their potential.

Prior to entering the disability sector, Molly worked in hospitality management. However, when the hospitality industry was thrown into disarray by COVID-19, she decided to change sectors. This was something she had been thinking about for a while, but the lockdown gave her the push she needed.

After completing a Certificate III in Community Services (Mental Health), Molly held roles in mental health support work, customer relations, and service delivery management – but something was still missing.

Molly knew she wanted to be working closely with customers and their families to achieve their goals, but she was passionate about helping them navigate the NDIS, too. The perfect role soon presented itself and Molly became a Support Coordinator. Here, she found the right mix of rewarding work, customer interaction, responsibility, and job satisfaction that she was looking for.

Now as a Support Coordinator, Molly’s empathetic and respectful approach helps her customers feel heard and in control of their supports; they really enjoy her bubbly, outgoing energy – their NDIS journeys are a lot more fun than they would be otherwise!

When she’s not at work, Molly loves spending time with her partner, playing video games, and enjoying the sunshine with friends and a glass of South Australia’s famous wine.
