With over a decade of experience running her own hair salon, Jacquie transitioned into the disability support industry, driven by her lifelong connection to autism and acquired brain injury (ABI) through family members.
Jacquie began her career in disability services as a DWS Support Worker and quickly advanced to Team Leader, eventually becoming a Service Manager responsible for over 90 clients. Her passion for person-centred support and best practices in the industry drives her commitment to providing Supported Independent Living (SIL) customers with the best possible life.
She is an avid learner, constantly seeking knowledge and training in industry operations, and currently pursuing a diploma in leadership and management.
