Tianna Papoulis

As an experienced customer relations professional, Tianna is totally committed to helping customers live their best lives.

After working as an Executive Assistant in the management consulting field, Tianna decided to take a leap of faith and move into a sector where she could work closely with customers and make a difference in their lives. Needless to say, she hasn’t looked back!

Tianna’s first foray into the disability sector was as a Customer Relations Officer at a large disability services provider. After two years in this role, her flair for supporting customers was recognised and she was made Senior Customer Engagement Coordinator. Eight months later, she became Supported Independent Living (SIL) Transition Coordinator. As you can imagine, Tianna’s time in these roles really developed her understanding of what good services and supports look like.

At Enhanced Lifestyles, Tianna’s personable nature really shines. As the manager of the Service Delivery and Customer Relations teams, Tianna is always looking for opportunities to improve our customer service.

Tianna’s favourite part of the job is hearing from customers who have a great experience with us. Hearing feedback like this is deeply moving and she is proud to play a role in making someone’s life a little easier.

Rebekah brings over a decade of experience in community services, with expertise in end-to-end rostering and workforce planning. She has a strong background in identifying workforce needs, addressing capability gaps, and implementing solutions that align with organisational goals and values.

Rebekah’s experience in the not-for-profit sector includes sourcing innovative solutions and providing best-practice advice to ensure the highest standards of service delivery for the people we serve.

Heidi Drage

Four successful years as an exemplary Lifestyle Attendant prepared Heidi to become a Customer Relations Officer (CRO).

Heidi holds a Certificate III in Individual Support and a Diploma of Community Services. These studies equipped her with a strong theoretical understanding of person-centred support and case management. Needless to say, she has an abundance of knowledge to draw on in her work as a CRO.

Advancing her career in the same organisation has had many benefits for Heidi – she loves that she can continue providing customers with assistance while developing new skills and growing her practical understanding of different support needs.

Heidi has received plenty of glowing feedback from happy customers, counting this among her proudest professional achievements. She’s always been one to go above and beyond for others, so she takes a lot of pride in the impact she has made in her customers’ lives.

Cheyanne is passionate about ensuring our customers get the support when they need, when they need it. That’s why Cheyanne loves the rostering. She knows our customer’s preferences and takes great pride in ensuring that each of them is supported by the right Lifestyle Attendant(s) to allow them to achieve their goals. Cheyanne loves working collaboratively with her team and uses their combined knowledge to achieve their dreams and reach their goals.

Tyler Stothard

With experience in hospitality, travel, and aged care, Tyler brings a diverse skillset to the Service Delivery team. He loves having the opportunity to use his knowledge and experience to provide solutions, and his personable and friendly nature makes it easy to build rapport with customers. Tyler finds his work satisfying, especially when he gets to help a customer who may otherwise go without support.

Tyler is collaborative, friendly, and is trained in Mental Health First Aid, reflecting his passion for helping others.

Richard Artis

Richard brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the team, with over 30 years of dedicated service as a Registered Nurse. His extensive clinical background, coupled with his previous roles in hospital and disability settings, make him an invaluable addition to our organisation.

Richard’s deep understanding of patient care and his commitment to fostering positive relationships will undoubtedly strengthen our team and enhance the quality of support we provide to our customers.

Kerrie Addinsall

Regional Customer Coordinator – Limestone Coast

Kerrie Addinsall

As Regional Customer Coordinator, Kerrie combines her compassionate nature with her experience in the community sector to enhance customers’ lives and empower them to live life how they choose.

Kerrie began her career working with children under the guardianship of the Minister to provide accommodation and out of home care. She then transitioned to providing emotional support to families during distressing times. After this, Kerrie provided one-on-one support to individuals in the mental health space, where she assisted them to improve their confidence by developing fundamental skills.

Kerrie has completed studies in trauma informed care and mental health and a Bachelor of Behavioural Studies.

Serena Williams

Serena is a dedicated professional with a background in both psychological science and social work, holding a Bachelor of Psychological Science and a Master of Social Work. Her diverse career includes experiences in tennis coaching, youth work, disability support, NDIS rostering, and primary school student counselling.

Mary has supported individuals living with a disability for over five years in various roles throughout her career. She understands the importance of delivering timely and person-centred service to customers so they can keep up with their daily routine whilst feeling fully supported.

Saroj Sapkota

Saroj came to Australia as an international student in 2019, to obtain a Master of Business Information Systems and an MBA. He has worked in a broad array of fields, including as a counsellor for an education consultancy, a chef, a support worker, and now as a Service Delivery Officer at Enhanced Lifestyles.

Saroj enjoys working in the healthcare sector because he feels satisfaction when providing support to those who need it.
