Riverland-based Support Coordinator Ash has a wealth of experience with the NDIS. Not only has she previously worked as a Support Coordinator, she’s also been a Local Area Coordinator (LAC), and a psychology clinic manager. Before that, she supported teams of clinicians providing NDIS assessments and therapy to remote parts of Queensland.

Needless to say, Ash’s career to date has helped her develop a uniquely holistic understanding of the NDIS. She knows how to coordinate the best supports, access the right assessments, and optimize her customers’ plans.

For Ash, being a Support Coordinator is all about making a difference, and seeing her impact unfold in real-time. Being a compassionate person, she finds her role hugely rewarding. She also values supporting people living with disability in the Riverland, an area that is typically under-serviced.

To further develop her knowledge, Ash is currently working towards a Diploma in Community Services. She also holds a Diploma in Business and a Diploma in Music Production – in fact, she worked as a musician by night while studying full-time, and paid off her course costs this way.

Outside of work, you can find Ash playing guitar, gardening, op shopping, and finding new ways to live sustainably. She also loves spending time with her two kelpies who, while terrible working dogs, are wonderful companions.
