Quality, safety, and risk are all incredibly important parts of NDIS service provision. Naomi brings a high quality skillset to our Executive Leadership Team; her ethos is all about adding positive value to the customer experience and making it easier and safer for our team to do their jobs.

Before joining the Enhanced Lifestyles team, Naomi was the Risk and Quality Manager at Maxima Group for over four years. Here, Naomi’s focus was on business improvement and service quality.

Prior to that, she served as the Quality Manager at Uniting Communities for five years. Naomi was responsible for maintaining Uniting Communities’ compliance and certification with the Australian Service Excellence Standards.

Throughout her career to date, Naomi has many highlights. Under her leadership, Maxima was a National Finalist in the prestigious Recruitment, Consulting & Staffing Association (RCSA) Awards 2022 in the category “Excellence in Safety & Wellbeing Culture”. As well as one of the first organisations in South Australia to become certified with ISO 45001:2018, which specifies requirements for an occupational health and safety management system. This was a significant project for Naomi, and one of her proudest career achievements.

Naomi holds a Diploma in Project Management, a Certificate IV in Frontline Management, and a Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety. Currently, she is studying the Company Directors Course through the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Outside of work, Naomi enjoys volunteering. She coordinated her local primary school’s breakfast club for over five years, ordering food from Food Bank and preparing breakfast for around 50 children twice a week.
