Having worked in marketing across the disability, aged care, financial services, superannuation and urban development sectors, Kirsten is a skilled all-rounder. With over twenty years of experience in marketing, her talents range from strategic advertising planning, purchasing, and execution; stakeholder engagement; event management; graphic design, and everything in between!

Kirsten’s a big believer in joined-up marketing. This means she’s adept at linking business, marketing, and advertising strategies to form an integrated approach. She’s got a lot to be proud of, having played a key role in Enhanced Lifestyles’ most ambitious advertising campaign to date, which led to a revitalized and more cohesive brand identity. Kirsten is also responsible for building our brand awareness through large-scale promotional events such as KYD-X and the Disability, Ageing and Lifestyle (DAL) Expo.

Before joining Enhanced Lifestyles, Kirsten achieved a lot in her previous roles. While working at a financial services organisation, she managed advertising that created an influx in leads and a subsequent 9.9% increase in revenue per annum. At the same workplace, Kirsten conducted extensive market research to organise a bespoke webinar that not-for-profit sector professionals really wanted. From there, she engaged Pro Bono Australia to deliver the content, and then set about promoting the webinar. Her end-to-end execution was hugely successful: the webinar attracted the highest number of registrations that Pro Bono Australia ever received.

A netballer at heart, Kirsten has been involved with her local clubs for many years. She is a current committee member of Westbourne Park Netball Club and previously sat on the Community Committee at Garville Netball Club.
