Overnight South Australia’s coronavirus outbreak has grown to 17 cases from a cluster in Adelaide’s northern suburbs.
We are carefully monitoring the situation with SA Health as it develops, we will provide you with more information as soon as any updates are announced.
The health and well-being of our Customers, employees, families and stakeholders are our highest priority. We want to reassure you we are here to support you and assist you with any concerns.
With this being said, our face to face 2018 – 2019 Special General Meeting, Annual General Meeting and Customer Christmas dinner scheduled for Saturday 21 November is cancelled due to the outbreak. Instead, we will be hosting this event virtually, you will receive more information about this shortly. Our Lifestyle Attendant Christmas party scheduled for 12 December has also been cancelled. We are planning on going ahead with this event early next year, more information about this will be provided in the coming months.
All in-person Customer Coffee Clubs, including the one scheduled for this Wednesday 18 November have been cancelled until further notice. We will be replacing this month’s Coffee Club with a virtual one via Zoom.
The safety of our people will always be at the forefront of everything we do, and we believe cancelling these events is the best course of action to ensure this.
Visits to head office will be limited at this time to minimise any potential risks. We are requesting that all matters are discussed over the phone, and where possible, please avoid attending the office in person until further notice. This measure has been put in place to protect the safety of all stakeholders of the organisation. If you do need to visit head office, you will need to complete a self-declaration form, stating that you have not had any cold and flu symptoms nor come into contact with an individual with these symptoms. You will also have your temperature checked upon entry.
